Support Habitat’s Home Building Campaign!
Each year, Habitat for Humanity raises dollars to build homes for deserving families. These dollars are matched though corporate donations, in-kind donations of material and labor from volunteers and the recipient family.

We are facing a serious challenge for this year’s Habitat Home Building Campaign. As you know, decent, affordable housing is becoming increasingly difficult for hard-working families to secure, and the cost of materials needed to build a single-family home in our community has risen by 17% in the past three years. So for each home we hope to build we need to raise approximately $120,000 which covers the cost of the land and the house. When finished, the property will be worth over $160,000 due to the sweat equity contributed by the family and volunteers.
